Aryal and Associates (“AA and A”) is a Chartered Accountancy firm established in December 2018 under Section 28(1) of the Nepal Chartered Accountants Act, 1997 and Regulation 58 of the Nepal Chartered Accountants Regulation, 1999. Headquartered in Hetauda, with a contact office in Kathmandu, the firm is led by a team of dedicated professionals comprising 4 Chartered Accountants, 1 ACCA, and a support staff of 18.
AA and A provides a comprehensive suite of services including audit and assurance, internal control, taxation, accounting, company secretarial, and business advisory services. Our client base spans across various sectors—ranging from private and public limited companies, non profit organizations, educational institutions, and government bodies, to international clients in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, for whom we provide specialized outsourcing services such as bookkeeping, management reporting, payroll, IR forms, audit support, and XBRL filing.
